shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of it being ordered, however, during holidays and periods of increased volume, processing can take up to 3 business days. Because of COVID-19 there may be shipping delays. If you do not receive your package within 7 days of ordering, please email hello@threadofopulence.com for help.


Shipping Restrictions

All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.

Hazardous Materials
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Expedited or Premium. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S. states and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.

Shipping Region
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/ FPO addresses, or Internationally. We hope to expand our shipping territory in the near future.

return & exchange policy

We hope that you love your purchase, but if not, we'd like to try to make it right. Please email us at hello@threadofopulence if you have any issues with your purchase.

We will accept most UNOPENED and UNUSED items back within 15 days of customer receipt. Return postage for items due to our error (incorrect item sent, damaged item received, etc) will be covered by Thread of Opulence. All other returns are the responsibility of the customer for postage and shipping.Items must be returned in their original condition with any seals/packaging/labelling intact. Once received, we will issue a refund. If the item is returned in a used/damaged condition, no refund will be given. We CANNOT accept returns on personal hygiene items.
